A major change programme has taken place, moving Securitay towards becoming a truly customer focused company and we are proud to announce we have recently achieved Approved Contractor Status within the industry.
What is (ACS) Approved Contractor Status ?
The ACS is a standard set down by the Security Industry Authority. The objective of the SIA's Approved Contractor scheme is to raise performance standards and to assist the private security industry in developing new opportunities. The scheme is voluntary and was developed in consultation with representatives from across the industry. Through on going annual independent audits this standard ensures that Securitay meet a rigorous criteria for:
- Recruitment & vetting of staff
- Training
- Customer support
- Service level monitoring
- Quality Assurance
In addition to ACS, Securitay have gained accreditation with Achilles in Jan 2010 and Safe contractor in February 2010 this further emphasises our commitment to Health and Safety and the Environment.
