SUGGESTED KIT LIST

 

Thank you for your interest in a holiday with Clyde & West Coast Cruising. We hope the following will be of help when packing. Please note that personal stowage space is limited.

• Please bring your own duvets,covers or sleeping bag and pillow slip (pillows are supplied).
• Bring your own waterproofs ONLY if you want your own. The boat has enough to go round.
• The boat has life jackets and harnesses for everyone.
  
  
• Wellington boots
• Deck shoes, plimsolls or trainers
• Suntan lotion and sunglasses
• Swimsuit (optional)
• Shirts, light weight or "Tee" shirts
• Warm comfortable clothing, eg. tracksuit etc.
• Fleece or warm jumper, warm jacket etc.
• Thermal underwear
• Several changes of socks
• Warm hat and gloves
• Lip salve
• Insect repellant
• Seasickness pills (just incase).
• Towel
• Toilet bag, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc
• Camera if you like, plus enough film
• Video camera if you like, plus battery charger (recharging can usually be done on board)
• CD's Kalamazoo is fitted with a CD/radio.

For the Onshore:-
• Walking boots.
• Lightweight walking waterproofs.

All in SOFT hold all or bag;- no hard suitcases, frame rucksacks etc.

Kalamazoo carries a small selection of cooking spices,salt, coffee etc onboard but unless you have made arrangement with us to supply your food and meals it will be your own responsibility to stock up for your trip.

Please let us know if you are taking any medication and bring sufficient supply.


Handovers are normally at 1700pm on the first day and 1000am on the final day of your charter or training course.

Insurance.
We would suggest that you take out personal insurance to cover your personal belongings.
